Hi, I'm Jason, and this is my little Clan!

I'm an MNU Certified Nutritionist, a husband to my beautiful wife, Claire and a father to my two boys, Jacob (7) and Kerr (4). 

Eating is SUCH an integral part of life. We do it all day, every day; the trouble is, most of us are doing it WRONG. I know because, in the last three years, I've worked with over 12,000+ people that were getting it wrong and helped them get it RIGHT so that their weight goes on to become a non-issue for the rest of their life instead of a year-on-year battle.

Now, you LEARN

We will take you on an evidence-based nutrition mini-course. You will spend an hour reading, watching and learning. Depending on your membership level, we will either show you how to calculate your own calories or, on our 1-2-1 membership, we'll do that for you. These figures will be TAILORED and SPECIFIC TO YOU and YOUR goals, not a set of one-size-fits-a-few numbers.

The real FUN starts.

Within a few hours of joining, you will be ready to get started. As each day passes, your knowledge will grow, your mindset will start to shift, and new habits will begin to form. We are on hand MON-FRI to motivate, inspire and guide you every step of the way. 1-2-1 members will check in with our team regularly to review your progress and make any recommendations or adjustments to ensure you are always on the right track and making the best possible progress.
