October 2016, I rolled out of bed and took the photo on the left. Six months later, I took in the middle, but what changed?
I was sick of the fads and the quick-fixes, putting in effort only to achieve temporary results before regaining the lost weight. I didn't want to yo-yo anymore.
THEN I discovered EVIDENCE-BASED nutrition. I began documenting my weight loss journey on my own Instagram, and as my knowledge grew, I even started to put out my own educational content. Soon, people were reaching out to ME for support and advice which I gave freely for a long time before the Munro Method coaching group was born and my career as an Evidence-Based Nutritionist began.
